Sweet September

Can't believe September is nearly over.

Goodbye Summer, hello Fall!

We finally turned off the AC the other day (my bank account was feeling it big time!) & hope it's off for a while!

 

We seemed to be very busy this month with a ton of things going on.

The girls loved tailgating!

The golf cart was familiar territory for the littles.

We didn't push our luck since it was getting close to bedtime, so we left at half time.

Harper still doesn't quite understand the significance of "Harper Day" yet.

In simple terms, she understands it's the day she came home from China & met her family.

We had a quaint celebration with the 4 of us ( Bria was at dance ) at our favorite local Chinese restaurant.

Two Years Home

Two years ago, Harper stepped on American soil & became a part of our family.

I'll never forget the plane ride from Hong Kong-Newark-St Louis.

Harper cried most of the 14 hr plane ride & I also shed quite a bit of tears.

It was stressful....
